You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the results.

3. Use of the service

You agree to:

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform

You confirm that:

  • You are authorised to provide any data submitted (including smart meter data and postcode)

  • This includes loss of savings, profits, or opportunities
  • Total liability is limited to £0 (or the amount you paid us, if any)

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under law.
